Vibration Therapy Exercise
Whole Body Vibration (WBV) is a type of exercise that involves standing, sitting, or lying on a machine with a vibrating platform.
As the machine vibrates, it forces your muscles to contract and relax dozens of times each second. transmitting energy to your body to help balance your hormones naturally, triggering the release of beneficial compounds like endorphins, growth hormone, and testosterone while regulating stress hormones such as cortisol, which makes you feel good, decrease pain and promote healing of bone, joint, and soft tissues.
